Organic Banana

Organic Banana (Musa paradisiaca cv. Cavendish) is a fruit of tropical origin with an oblong shape. During its development, the bunch bends geotropically and, due to its weight, the stem also bends. We have 80 hectares at our Doña Alejandrina Estate (FDA), located in the province of Piura, Piura region, Peru.

Lime

Key lime (Citrus aurantifolia Swingle) comes from a small tree with thorny branches and small, elliptic‑shaped leaves. Its fruits are spheroidal, with a thin and tightly adhered peel that changes from green to yellow as it ripens. The pulp is greenish, highly acidic, and aromatic.

On the other hand, the Tahiti lime (Citrus latifolia) is obtained from a more vigorous tree, producing medium‑sized fruits with a smooth, shiny green peel that tends to turn yellow. These fruits are characterized by their abundant juice, less acidic flavor, and fresh aroma.

At our El Chilalo Estate, located in Sullana (Piura), we have 2.5 hectares of key lime and 20 hectares of Tahiti lime, dedicated to production and export.
